eCommerce Specialist
You will own live marketplace accounts for international brands — the listings, the stock, the orders and the customer messages — with written procedures behind you and a senior specialist to escalate to.

The work
What you will do
- Create and optimise product listings so they are found, and keep the catalogue free of errors and suppressions.
- Monitor inventory, pricing and stock cover, and flag replenishment before it becomes a stockout.
- Process orders, upload tracking, and keep late shipment rate inside target.
- Answer buyer messages inside the platform's response window, and handle returns, refunds and claims.
- Track account performance and prepare the weekly report for your accounts.
- Work with the rest of the pod to hit project deadlines and keep the SOPs current as platforms change.
You
What we need from you
- Two to three years of hands-on experience on Amazon, eBay or Walmart. This one is not negotiable — we need someone who has already worked inside a seller account.
- Confident with product listing work and order management, including bulk uploads.
- Clear written English — you will be writing to buyers and to clients.
- Good time management. The queue does not clear itself, and the weekly report has a fixed date.
- Available to work full time from our Multan office. This role is onsite; it is not remote or hybrid.
